Partnering directly with clinicians across a 3-location physiotherapy clinic chain to digitize operations and replace paper intake logs for 500+ monthly returning patients.

• Conducted on-site clinical workflow research; designed patient flow, repeat-visit scheduling, and session-tracking schema in close partnership with practitioners.
• Architected a production multi-tenant schema in PostgreSQL and Supabase with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies and cross-branch tenant isolation triggers.
• Engineered a keyboard-first patient intake interface featuring arrow-key search and preset autofill, targeting a 30% reduction in desk entry time.
